Finally, some good news from Unity! Honestly, the whole Runtime Fee debacle was a mess, and it felt like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of developers who are already struggling. It’s about time they listened to the community and recognized that trust is everything in this industry.
Going back to basics could really help them rebuild their reputation. I mean, we all want to see Unity succeed, but not at the expense of the very creators who make the platform what it is. Here’s hoping this new direction leads to better communication and a focus on what really matters: supporting developers and making awesome games. Let’s see what they can do moving forward!
