Man, it’s a bummer to see EA’s mobile net bookings drop like that. A 3% decline might not seem huge, but when you look at the bigger picture with game closures, it definitely raises some eyebrows. It feels like a lot of studios are struggling to keep players engaged these days, especially with so many options out there.
I get that not every game can stick around forever, but it’s tough when some of your favorites get the axe. Hopefully, they can pivot and come up with some fresh content that’ll bring players back. Mobile gaming is such a huge market, so I really hope they can turn things around.
