FromSoftware increases average basic salaries by 11.8%

Elden Ring and Armored Core maker FromSoftware has increased that it will be increasing the average basic salary of its staff by around 11.8 per cent.  In a press release – spotted by Game World Observer – the developer said that the starting salary for new graduates joining the company would be rising from ¥260,000 ($1,750) to ¥300,000 ($2,000).
