Microsoft Gaming has appointed Kayleen Walters as new head of Mojang Studios effective immediately. 

As reported by Variety, Walters will be based in Redmond and travel frequently to Stockholm, reporting to Microsoft’s studios chief operations officer Helen Chiang.
