Jam City has agreed in principle to sell its Montreal-based subsidiary Ludia to a consortium of Canadian institutional investors, pending approval, for a currently undisclosed amount.

Wow, that’s a pretty big move for Jam City! Ludia has some solid titles under its belt, especially with Jurassic World: The Game and Jurassic World Alive. I wonder how this will affect the games going forward—hopefully, they’ll continue to get the support they need. It’ll be interesting to see what the new investors have in mind for the future. Fingers crossed for some fresh updates or even new games!
