While Los Angeles was devastated by wildfires earlier this year, after many weeks of blazes it appears that things have finally come under control. And in California’s most famous city, many of the major events that had been up in the air are set to move ahead, the most pertinent here being the upcoming Pokémon Go Tour: Unova event.

So stoked to hear that Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is still happening in LA! After everything the city has been through with those wildfires, it’s great to see some normalcy returning. Plus, the Rose Bowl is such a cool venue for this event. I know a lot of folks were worried about attending, but it’s awesome that Niantic is offering refunds for anyone who can’t make it. Just shows they care about the community. Can’t wait to catch some Unova Pokémon and hang out with fellow trainers! Let’s go!
