Armored Core really holds a special place in the hearts of gamers who love mechs and deep customization. It’s wild to think how long this series has been around and how it shaped From Software’s identity before they blew up with the Souls games. The original game on the PS1 was such a blast, and I remember spending hours tweaking my mech and diving into those intense battles.
With the classics coming to PlayStation Plus, it’s a great chance for new players to experience the roots of this iconic franchise. I can’t wait to dive back into Project Phantasma and Master of Arena; those were some of the best mech battles of my childhood! It’s cool to see the series getting some love again, and I hope it brings in a new generation of fans.
