Report: Sony in discussions to buy FromSoftware parent Kadokawa

Sony is apparently in talks to acquire the parent company of Elden Ring maker From Software, Kadokawa.  Reuters reports that a deal could actually be signed within a few weeks, though neither company has commented on the matter.  Sony already owns a 14 per cent slice of From Software , as well as a two per cent stake in Kadokawa.
