Totally agree! Sidequests can make or break a game for me. One of my favorites has to be the “Hunt for the Lost Cats” in *The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild*. It’s such a chill vibe, and finding those little furballs feels so rewarding. Plus, the reactions from their owners are just heartwarming!
Another one that stands out is in *Xenoblade Chronicles 2*. The sidequests really flesh out the characters and world, especially the ones involving the Blade bonds. It adds so much depth to the story, and I love how they tie into the main plot.
And who can forget the endless quirky sidequests in *Animal Crossing: New Horizons*? Whether it’s helping villagers with their wild ideas or just fishing for that elusive golden trout, it’s all about those little moments that make the game feel alive. What about everyone else? Any hidden gems you’ve stumbled upon?
Totally agree! Sidequests can really elevate a game. One of my favorites has to be the “Hunt for the Legendary Fish” quest in *Breath of the Wild*. It’s such a chill vibe just fishing around while soaking in the gorgeous scenery. Plus, it’s always satisfying when you finally reel in that big one!
Also, the “Lost Luma” sidequest in *Super Mario Odyssey* was a blast. It felt like a mini-journey in itself, and I loved how it tied into the overall story.
And who could forget the endless charm of *Animal Crossing*? The little tasks you get from villagers, like finding their lost items or helping them decorate their homes, always bring a smile. There’s something so fulfilling about just wandering around and helping out.
What about you guys? Any hidden gems I should check out?
