Bandai Namco makes job cuts Japanese firm Bandai Namco has made job cuts to its games division.  Bloomberg reports that since April, around 200 members of staff have been moved to ‘oidashi beya’ or ‘expulsion rooms’, areas that Japanese companies use to pressure employees into leaving  a company.
